The Vogue: All Inclusive Package

Preparing For Your Wedding Day

  • Complimentary initial consultation
  • Event styling and theme development
  • Event schedule that will be executed the day of the wedding
  • Budget and check list development and guidance
  • Assistance with vendor selection, coordination, and management
  • Guest list management
  • Layout plan design
  • Monthly planning meetings 6 months before the event
  • Dedicated event manager with continued communication via e-mail and phone

Rehearsal

  • Coordination and personal direction of your wedding rehearsal
  • Develop and distribute a personalized time line for wedding party, family, and vendors

Wedding Day

  • Two consultants onsite for 10 hours
  • Support and manage all aspects of the wedding and reception
  • Implement design and décor layout plan
  • Assist and organize individual flowers to wedding participants
  • Ceremony coordination
    • Assist with ushers
    • Help with guest seating
    • Bridal party organization
  • Reception coordination
    • Oversee cocktail hour
    • Assist with seating
